Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MerchFace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
MerchFace provides business management tools including goal tracking, financial reporting, and data analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as provided under our 60-day money-back guarantee for the Sole Proprietor plan. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You can export your data before cancellation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
Intellectual Property
MerchFace and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MerchFace Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of the content you upload or create.
Limitation of Liability
MerchFace Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
